OUR EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

We believe in providing our customers with the highest quality products and want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of the original purchase date for an exchange or refund if the item(s) are clean and unworn and not a FINAL SALE item.

After 30 days, any clean, unworn, undamaged merchandise can be returned for a 15% restocking fee or exchanged at no charge but the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from Gator Waders.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted on any item 60 days beyond the original purchase date. No Exceptions.

All requested refunds MUST be processed back to the original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable a refund will not be processed. The amount due on a requested refund that cannot be refunded back to the original method of payment can only be processed as a store credit in such cases. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please include tags with returned merchandise.

Any return or exchanges received back with missing components, belt, patches, etc., will be subject to a $25 attachment fee.

Any return or exchanges received back with excessive hair and/or debris, will be subject to the 15% restocking fee.

Discontinued/Clearance/Final Sale products will not be accepted for return.

If you purchased Free Returns for Store Credit & Exchange + Package Protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns portal by clicking here. If you did not purchase the Free Returns for Store Credit & Exchange + Package Protection at the original time of checkout or are wanting to return for a refund to original form of payment, you will be responsible for returning the product. You are able to purchase a return label through our returns portal at your cost.

All return shipping to Gator Waders is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

If you wish to return your merchandise for a refund, please click the "Returns Portal" button above to initiate your return. You may print a label through our portal or you may ship your items back using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a service with tracking capabilities. Once we receive your return, we will process it and issue a refund for your original purchase price to your original form of payment. Refunds are generally processed within 2 business days from the day we receive your package.

Store Credit
If you wish to return your merchandise for store credit, please click the "Returns Portal" button above to initiate your return. You may print a label through our portal or you may ship your items back using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a service with tracking capabilities. Once we receive your return, we will process it and issue your store credit in an e-gift card format sent directly to your email. Store credit is good for one year from the date it is issued. Store credit refunds are generally processed within 2 business days from the day we receive your package. 

Exchanges
If you wish to return your merchandise for an exchange, please click the "Returns" button above to initiate your return. You may print a label through our portal or you may ship your items back using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a service with tracking capabilities. Once we receive your return, we will process your exchange within 2 business days and ship your new item(s) out at no additional charge.

Free Gift Promotions
If you received a "Free Gift" during one of our promotions but decide to return your merchandise, you will be required to return the "Free Gift" as well. If the merchandise is returned without the "Free Gift", the cost will be deducted from your refund at full retail price.

Please Note: All return shipping to Gator Waders is the sole responsibility of the customer. All restocking fees and shipping charges to and from Gator Waders following the first exchange is the sole responsibility of the customer.
