At Gator Waders, we work hard to get your gear to you as quickly as possible so you're ready for your next adventure.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak seasons, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once the package has been shipped.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day (where available)

Delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, carrier delays, and other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Destinations

Gator Waders currently ships to:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • Select international destinations

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Gator Waders is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to make corrections before the order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We may require photos of damaged products and packaging to assist with carrier claims and resolution.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages refused by the recipient or returned due to an invalid address may be subject to return shipping charges and restocking fees, which will be deducted from any applicable refund.
